4-One More Theory Is That Dumbledore Wants To Go Undercover So That

Your thoughts were undoubtedly fine. The initial points which advocate that Dumbledore is still alive are right.
The third point about the secret of life was a little too far-fetched and not digestable.
But my dear friend, the point where you said that Regulus is Snape just goes beyond the head. Snape is a distinctive and imposing personality and could never be Regulus Black. Also, Harry saw snape's memory during Occlumency and it was definetely the memory of Snape only,not of Regulus as it does not show Sirius.
You are questioning the existence of the HALF Blood Prince??!!
So, my friend, your intentions are noble and your good creativity should remain in the right direction.
I am happy that you have shown a great deal of interest in the matter. But you are doing the same thing as Salazar Slytherin did before being axed by Godric Gryffindor (that is swimming in the opposite direction of the tide).
My advice is that you carefully note down the points and facts in you mind before quilling them down.
